As a Workday Integration Consultant you will drive clients on their digital transformation journey with leading-edge technologies. Fluent language skills in Spanish and English both written and oral.

This role will combine skills in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, customer management and product configuration.
A Workday Integration Analyst have two main roles:
On the one hand, a role with more technical tasks related to the analysis and transformation of data, which will be transmitted between systems. This is done through connectors provided by Workday, as well as through programming using the XSLT language (similar to XML).
On the other hand, it is important to highlight that, apart from the technical programming role, also it is has a very important communicative role. The Workday Integration Analyst must have communication skills that allow him/her to communicate adequately with clients. Always ready to ask questions, listen and advise the client to achieve maximum satisfaction through calls, presentations, demos, etc.
